2 minutes ABS workout

Corporate life can get busy and it gets difficult to find time to workout in some career phases. I know a lot of people who get really busy with their job for few couple months and have to quit their exercises/ workouts.

15 minutes we can definitely spare for our health. It’s the least you can do on your worst busy day at work. Preferably morning first thing when you wake up.Ā Incorporate 2 minutes and workout and 10 minutes of high intensity cardio on daily basis. It help you control you tummy fat, keeping the abdominal muscles engaged.
