Rush hour – Using Preworkouts

Seen people having bags loaded with supplements / protein but no willpower to workout ? I see them everyday.

A lot of people who have a desk job use pre-workouts since they do not have too much physical activity their body reflexes are comparatively slower. They use pre-workout supplements to get the rush quicker which enables them to do their best in every workout.

Some people buy these products for their mental satisfaction; they fall into the internet body building and supplements gimmick; but the do not know how to use and when to use. It is necessary to use motivation techniques to get to the point where you are using these supplements.

Water Therapy

We don’t drink water while we sleep that’s straight 8 hours no water in your body. You should drink at least 3-4 lts of water  while on a transformation program. It boosts your metabolism. Lemon Therapy !

One of my friends gave me a home remedy for skin care. Cheap and very effective to get a glow on face and avoid acne.

While on last stage of cutting diet for ABS, skin begins to dry out. I use this remedy once a week, its much better than any scrub or face wash. To get a natural looking glow on your skin apply lemon juice on your face for 1 minute and rest below a ceiling fan or just make sure air is blown on your face for 1 minute. Wash face gently without rubbing your palms against your skin. Dry out with a clean napkin without rubbing, just press it gently on your face.

2 minutes ABS workout

Corporate life can get busy and it gets difficult to find time to workout in some career phases. I know a lot of people who get really busy with their job for few couple months and have to quit their exercises/ workouts.

15 minutes we can definitely spare for our health. It’s the least you can do on your worst busy day at work. Preferably morning first thing when you wake up. Incorporate 2 minutes and workout and 10 minutes of high intensity cardio on daily basis. It help you control you tummy fat, keeping the abdominal muscles engaged.

Wearing shirts ?

When you wear a formal shirt at work you’re entire body is covered and it’s difficult to tell weather you really go to the gym or not ! You might have perfect lean sharp body however you look sick !

It’s frustrating sometimes, that’s why people try to get bigger to look bulky no matter they also put a lot of weight on their belly but it’s not seen on shirts so why care !

Also sleeving up your shirt and keeping few buttons open might make your muscles , nerves and few cuts seen giving people hint that yeah you do go to the gym but you’re a work at you’re not supposed to look that way !

Along with bigger muscles you need to concentrate on your forearms, collar, calves , shoulder sides and abs the most ! If you are fit and awesome inside your appearance at work in formal attire should not bother you much. However, if it does bring you down here are a few tips worth considering. Wear right size. Oversized clothes will make you look weak and skinny. Wear good combination of colours – Dark and Light. Keep a good posture.
